Complete the troubleshooting form. Our technical support staff will contact you to discuss your experiment in more detail. If you still feel the antibody did not perform to your expectations, we will issue a credit.

| Yes. Six months from receipt of the antibody. |
| ♦ If I am not satisfied your antibody, is it possible refund instead of exchange? |
| Basically, it is not possible. In that case, you can exchange to same product(different lot#) or other Merck biosciences product. But if you want refund, please contact Merck biosciences member to discuss. (refer to the above contact information) |

| If you use our antibody for "no-work" test, it is not possible to be applied to this program. Merck announced "no work" for some tests, and you can find this information in our document. Please check the "no-work" list before you test it. |
